Communication on the different steps. They came later than sooner. I was confused by the way my charge card was paid off. I was sent a check and had to run ?? down to the bank. Was that a choice and I missed it? I would have thought you wired the paument. The closing costs are exhorbitant. Especially for customers who already have a mortgage with you. Louis and Vanessa were very friendly and provided info as I called. Overall you get a 7 and in my book that is ok. I just feel the communication could have been done in a more timely fashion. Louis is an excellent person to start the process. He is very friendly and knows his stuff.
