Refinancing is always stressful. Jeremy was able to Make it a calming experience by being patient, listening, reassuring and explaining the details. He did not have a sense of "car salesman" pressuring me into something I was uncomfortable with. If I had a question either by phone or email he would almost immediately follow up.
