EVERYONE INVOLVED KEPT US INFORMED ..THINGS WENT SMOOTH

More communication and a faster turn around time. I also feel that mailing checks via overnight to me to mail to creditors is outdated as most things are electronic now and payments could be more accurate if done via online banking or wire. In addition Mortgage Center printed the wrong member closing documents that where provided to the notary that showed up to our home and to not have to reschedule we had to print the 200 + closing docs ourselves. Huge inconvenience and I was already unhappy regarding how long the process took and then in addition had to spend my own money on printing. This was not Ryan or Camille's fault but I feel your processes could be more efficient and less out dated.

Ryan took the time to answer my questions, he was great at communicating next steps and details about the loan. He helped make it an easy process.

Fast easy and clean !

No one was available at closing for questions. No one called back after messages left at closing. I didn't realize till the end that we were resetting the loan to 360 months and adding 14 months of payments back on. When you do the math, I did save $40,000 in interest over the life of the loan. But, I actually only saved one month payment and $620 that went into the escrow. The $40,000 is going for closing and NewRez in additional payments at the end of the loan. I'll be more careful if I refinance again.

We just had a escrow problem. I had $1300 left in escrow and was told I would get that in a check, in the end I got $50 from escrow and newrez for some reason no longer has my insurance information and so forth, so now K have a negative escrow balance on the new loan. Setting up the new loan just didn't make sense. I called a few times for answers amd it took weeks before I could get them.

It was a very long process even though we were an existing customer with great pymt history. Ryan did not seem to have the drive to help people. Frank made me feel comfortable during the process.

The loan process was quick and efficient. Both Ryan and Treasure answered any and all questions that we had and made sure that we understood what was happening and how we would move forward. Treasure is, even now, assisting us with issues with payments rendered to one of our creditors. Title Company pushy yet slow on their side. I have been a customer for 13 years and have never been late on a payment, yet the underwriter took a deep dive into my divorce documents and questioned debt reported in there that was over a year old. Took longer to complete transaction than my prior refinancing experience. I realize I had a repair to complete but other items could have been moved forward.

Ryan from the start was great and knowledgeable, he was also able to get our process started quickly. Our complaint is with how long it took to finish the process and the underwriter. They asked for certain paperwork which we provided, then they wanted clarification for said paperwork, then when we provided it they came back also wanting to confirm the confirmation themselves. The underwriter delayed everything a few weeks throughout the process. We are pleased the loan is complete however thanks to the help of Ryan putting the refinance thought in our head.
