The entire process went smooth not an painless

The knowledge and communication with everyone was great.

Ryan from the start was great and knowledgeable, he was also able to get our process started quickly. Our complaint is with how long it took to finish the process and the underwriter. They asked for certain paperwork which we provided, then they wanted clarification for said paperwork, then when we provided it they came back also wanting to confirm the confirmation themselves. The underwriter delayed everything a few weeks throughout the process. We are pleased the loan is complete however thanks to the help of Ryan putting the refinance thought in our head.
