Richard truly is one of the best in this industry. From the beginning to the end at the closing table he was there going above and beyond. Buying a new house, especially if it?s your first time can be intimidating and overwhelming, but Mr. Lytle makes sure you feel confident in the entire loan process. He has excellent communication, a heart of gold and he makes himself available regardless of the time. I not only trust him with my personal loans, but also my clients!

Overall, the experience was great. I I had financed with my credit union, I probably could have gotten a lower rate but I don't think they would have been as responsive as Richard and his team. One annoying thing was having to resign all the documents every time there was a change. Most of the things we had to resign did not change. I guess that is just the nature of the beast.
