working with Danielle and staff was helpful in completing my refinance requirements and getting everything properly documented in my name Real property recorded only the land in my name not the home , so that took some time to get it right but that was the seller's fault and i lost 2023 property exemption Tax , however we worked through it all and got everything prepared for closing . I was disappointed that I missed the 6.25% rate I'm happy with 6.75% now i can get my full 2024 property tax exemption , just wanted to say thanks veteran's First I couldn't have done without Danielle
