I thought the origination fees were too high but Nicholas did an excellent job with our refi. He was able to get us a lower rate with a variable rate after 10 years. The process took longer than expected but overall great.

The website could be better. I could easily find my uploaded docs but had to really hunt to find my loan info like rate lock and whatnot. That said closing went fast and smooth. Everyone was surprised at how painless it was. After signing everything we got funded and checks cut in about an hour. Wintrust is great with grants too so overall I would recommend using them but would like an upgrade to navigating website.
