Something I’d never experienced before, the tedious questions and documents to find and send, and the encouragement that I needed to get information, send it, and find out it was received successfully. I didn’t know how much was involved and ultimately I appreciated the time spent on each endeavor. Malissa called me almost every day checking in on documents and information that I needed to send. At closing lawyer missed documents to be signed and closing costs seemed to be high

Only negative thing was that the closing process kept getting pushed back because No one showed up at least three times. Other than that great .

I quite enjoyed the process especially with the ability to stay with Freedom Mortgage.

The person responsible for my closing was not the one named in this application. The person who originally was supposed to close did not have the proper documents i.e. insurance information from my homeowners insurance and did not inform me. You had my previous mortgage and should've had all the information on my homeowners insurance and the closing should not have been delayed.

Ryan was excellent in providing all the information regarding refinancing on the initial call. He assisted with the online application and provided additional assistance on subsequent phone calls to correct errors in the process. Very polite, understanding and knowledgeable.
