Well Ryan did good , but I feel the knowledge about the appraisal value of my home he compared to was misleading I feel he lead me to convince me it was worth it , and therefore he won my trust and confidence but sad to say it went down the drain and the appraisal lady also not being knowledgeable enough to compare my home to a lake house not just a regular house so I lost a extra $50.00 a month due to this
