Every time there was a new disclosure the amount we were getting back for repairs dropped. We were told 72 hours after signing we would receive checks only to find out it wouldn't be until 72 hours later.

This is our 3rd refi with Newrez and each of them have been easy. The web portal though needs some work during the loan process. We could not upload any documents but emailed them in to Anthony and Maverick when needed.

The automated messages were awful. We had multiple emails with conflicting information- 1 task and 0 tasks in same email multiple times. Never really knowing what was needed from us. I had to provide the same information multiple times about my employment. The entire process was very slow. We started the 1st of January and didn't close until February 12th. Our friends went with a different company and closed in 2 weeks with no appraisal needed. We thought the $600 appraisal for the home we already mortgaged with you was too expensive.
