Start to finish the process took 3 months. The wrong job was listed for my wife which delayed the confirmation of her employment. There was an issue with the solar panels on our house that took weeks to correctly address. Often times it took phone calls to get a response on the status of things after several emails.

First, Christine Schmidt was fantastic and kept us as customers. Angela Baker was less professional. It was often difficult to make contact. She sent multiple emails emails indicating she would call to review the closing. When we setup the closing appointment we waited for 25 minutes and called the Closing Agent, who was very professional, to learn our appointment was canceled. We had to call Christine to learn that Angela Baker was out of the office and none of her supervisors were available. The appointment had been canceled two hours earlier. We were frustrated to not have proper communication at the processing level. Christine really saved the day found ways to communicate updates, even over the weekend for something that was not her job. She is awesome.

Christine was efficient and professional. When we emailed questions, even on weekends, we had a prompt and clear response. She worked with us so that we could secure an equity loan. She went above and beyond! She deserves a big bonus! We are not financially savvy folks, and she was encouraging and supportive, never condescending. If she were closer, i would take her out for a coffee or holiday beverage.

We had a lower rate locked in and then it was changed to a higher rate. Terms seemed to change a lot, and it was all very confusing.

your people were great, the only snag was with the actual closing itself, the people never showed for the appointment and i was able to contact Christine on a Saturday night. i like that calls and emails were promptly and we communicated well and in a timely matter. i want to thank everyone involved for their help, much appreciated.
