I really don't care what lending co my client is using, more interested in the loan officer and programs offered. So....I don't recommend companies, I recommend loan officers. My client's only frustration was the delays due to seller doing repairs at last moment and underwriting.

Brenda Leech from Academy Mortgage not only worked for me in the initial purchasing of our new home, but again months later when she was able to reduce our interest rate over 1.5% in a refinance. She was in constant communication for both loans and delivered what she promised. Her colleagues were just as fabulous and that is why we will go back to Brenda and Academy Mortgage if we ever need to finance another loan and why I recommend her to everyone I know and meet when they want to buy or refinance a mortgage.

We had purchased a new condo and we were working with a different lender. It was dragging on and on with request after request for more information/documentation. Finally someone told me to call Brenda. OMG...what a difference. She got the loan done in just a couple weeks and with a better rate. Then stupid us, we did a refinance on a different property with someone else based on an email we received. Another ordeal ensued. Eventually, we called Brenda.
