This process took too long because my initial loan officer 'disappeared' during the process (Randall Oestreich). He did not list all my income and then I received a rejection letter. So after sigining up in mid-November, I had to start all over with a new officer in January. Made the closing date fall in February. My 2nd loan officer, Hakeem Collins, was excellet as was Sara McGovern. But the underwriter seemed 'picky' to a fault. I kept having to send in proof for each income in multiple formats.

Hakeem and Jared was a great help after that bad experience with that other guy but he left the company.

We had to close twice due to hurricane helene...in between these two closings (when we did not have a payment due) we got several calls and mail from newrez stating our account was overdue, that the payment was late. I had to make numwrous calls and send numerous emails to get to the bottom of that. Renee was helpful in helping us with that.
