Well Jackie and Kristy were terrific but because the process took 4 months we needed a POA because we were going to be out of the country for the closing. We had to do 2 signings of the POA because the first one something was missing from your side. Then we had the closing scheduled and within hrs of the time scheduled, they changed the time causing great inconvenience to our POA.
