Rula, easy to with. superior customer skills

There was a point the loan wasn’t approved yet and the realtor got pretty anxious about closing on time but Rula stepped in, speaking with her directly, explaining the timeframe needed. She spoke with me, reassuring the loan would go through and the closing would happen which really helped put my mind at ease.

I can say it with two names. Rula and Jaxon. I began my mortgage search about a month before I actually started the process because I wanted to speak to several lenders. Rula was absolutely knowledgeable and not pushy. She didn’t try to oversell. She made me comfortable and gained my trust. Then when she turned me over to Jaxon who also knowledgeable of his job and very helpful , she never left the process. I was always able to text, email or call them throughout the entire process. This was the first time I had ever tried to receive a loan for my house I have tried with other loan companies, but I have never had a person put their all int to my issues and work around them Rula is the best in my opinion she became a friend to me and went way over the top with getting me my loan and I will always be grateful for veterans first and the staff that went the extra mile to help me, My house was damaged in a president declared natural disasters and FEMA did come to Jonesboro ar and help many I just was not one of them and I have been trying since Fall of 2020 to get assistance and finally I said heck with all the government grants and loans if I ever plan on getting my house restored I am going to have to do it myself and because of the fact my house has some very serious repairs I have been unable to get a loan and when I contact veterans first Rula was very positive and gave me so much hope and I had no problem in believing her trusting her and she never told me anything that was not just how things went I would encourage any service persons who are needing a loan you guys are the best Gwendolyn j Heringer

We have done this process before, but never with the attention to detail and professional, courtesy that we experienced with Rula.
