Justin is the most patient agent ever! He took the time (no matter how long it took) to answer every question and go over every little detail. He never made me feel like I was a bother, even if I repeated questions multiple times and/or ways. He needs a raise!

While I felt really informed, I had to deal with a lot of Newrez people from start to finish. Wasn't always sure who to reach out to. Angela Baker was solid during the second half of the process when the loan was going through underwriting.

Almost everything was great - the only issues were the repeated pictures I had to send in and then wait for a man sent from the underwriters to take the same pictures of the inside and outside of my house.
