The only thing I wish was done was that I was informed and involved in the debt selection consolidated during the process prior to closing. Also, at closing I didn't know that I would be mailing out said checks to the debtors. Being clear on that process and my obligation would have been better.

Everything was great until it was over. I was a little confused about the pay outs and when they would happen, as well as setting up the payment schedule. I keep receiving letters saying I have not signed up for auto pay, but the system says I have. So Darrens part was great but the other for people who do not do this everyday it was confusing.
