Ryan was very helpful in my refinancing along with James Nelson. Always answered any questions I had and if he couldn’t he found the answers.

I was actually working with Ryan to refinance my mortgage so I could get a debt consolidation loan. He was great to work with every step of the way, including my calling him and asking questions after the closing. Like today I called him with a question and he had answer for me and ended the phone call saying like he always does if you have any questions, just call me. And I did that a lot during the entire process.

The number one thing that set this experience apart was how quickly both Ryan and Jessica were at responding to emailed questions. Responses were often immediate, and never left us hanging in uncertainty.

From beginning to end the process went smoothly

Though the loan process is long and does require various documents, extensive paperwork, online doc signing and meeting with a Notary to sign off on the final loan paperwork the process was made that much easier with the right staff. Our loan officer Ryan McQuaid helped us through the initial requirements. He always returned our calls and answered all our questions. The second stage was also a good experience when Mike Zielinski became our chosen loan processor. Both Ryan and Miles showed they truly have great customer service skills. Once we cleared those two hurdles we were again fortunate to get a friendly and caring title clearance coordinator in Chanon Motheral. The final signing step was made that much easier because of Melissa our Notary. Newrez and Mortgage Connect keep hiring staff with great people skills and your companies will continue to do well.
