Very positive except for the approx 250 calls and 50 texts I received from people who were informed I was shopping for a loan. That was a very negative experience. It significantly intruded my daily activities. Imagine being a doctor seeing patients and having a multitude of calls. You distracted me from important work. It’s inappropriate to allow this to happen. Imagine you’re the patients!! Or the busy doctor. That experience is a shady side of your industry and I urge you to change it. I still get five calls a day. Make them stop!!!
