Glenda, Christina and Bonnie are all exceptional professionals. Top-notch from start to finish. And this despite our process being more complicated than usual due to factors wholly at our end (there were last minute delays in the availability of our down payment). The entire experience was great. I?ve worked with Sanctuary before and Glenda is always amazing , however ; she exceeded my expectations on this one . Glenda and the Sanctuary team was able to close a VA transaction in less than 3 weeks , which was unbelievable. My client told her that he needed to be in Atlanta ( relocation buyer ) before the 30th and she was able to get his file through fast track immediately and we closed 2 days ahead of time .
